Listings are sourced from publicly available data including Google Business Profile. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of listing information. Always confirm details directly with the salon before visiting.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; scrape or reproduce listing data in bulk without written consent; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site; submit false or misleading information; use automated tools to access the site at a disruptive rate.
5. Salon Owners — Claiming a Listing
By submitting a claim, you confirm you are authorised to represent the business. You are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate and lawful. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any claimed listing at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The findsalon.sg name, logo, and original content are the property of Leap Digital. Salon business information is not our intellectual property.
7. Links to Third-Party Sites
Links do not constitute endorsements. We accept no responsibility for third-party sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Leap Digital is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on listing information, any transactions or disputes between users and salons, or any interruption or unavailability of the site. The site is provided on an "as is" basis.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
