Listing Terms

1. How Listings Are Created

Listings are created using publicly available information from Google Business Profile and other publicly accessible sources. Inclusion in the directory does not imply any commercial relationship with Leap Digital.

2. Free Listings

All listings are free of charge. There is no fee to appear in the directory and no fee to claim your listing.

3. Claiming Your Listing

Contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will verify your connection to the business before granting access. By claiming, you confirm you are the owner or authorised representative; the information you provide is accurate; you will keep your listing up to date; you will notify us if your business closes or relocates.

4. Accuracy of Submitted Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit. Do not submit information that is false, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Content

Not permitted: fake or inflated ratings; services unlawful under Singapore law; contact details belonging to another business; content that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful.

6. Removal of Listings

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at any time, including where the business has closed, information is false, or the listing violates these terms. To request removal contact [email protected].

7. Premium Listings

We may offer enhanced listing options for a fee. Paid listing terms will be provided separately at the time of purchase.

8. No Guarantee of Ranking or Visibility

Inclusion in the directory does not guarantee any particular placement, ranking, or level of visibility.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to findsalon.sg, you grant Leap Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the site. You retain ownership.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of a claimed listing after changes constitutes acceptance.
